Supply Chain Management is responsible for the whole process, from sustainably sourcing the raw materials, through the production processes, and ensuring a great product reaches the stores shelf in perfect quality and affordable cost.
Hico Apprenticeship for Future Talents (UPLIFT) is 6-month apprenticeship program designed to prepare future Hico talents through challenging projects. UPLIFT give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Hico leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.
Candidate Criteria
- Final year students or fresh graduates
- Indonesian Citizenship
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- A minimum GPA of 3.30
- Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG
- Available for a full-time and on-site apprenticeship starting from September 2026 – March 2027
